How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule by phone, through our website, or via our secure patient portal. Same-day appointments may be arranged.
What should I bring to my first visit?

How do I access my medical records or test results?
You can securely view your test results, visit summaries, and more through our online patient portal 24/7.
What services are included in my membership?
Your membership includes annual comprehensive health assessments, same- or next-day appointments, 24/7 access to your care team, unlimited virtual and in-person visits, prescription management, care coordination, and direct communication with Dr. Lewis via phone, text, or email.
What about Labs, X-rays, Specialists fees and Hospitalization?
These services are not covered by the annual retainer fee and will be billed to your insurance as usual. Our office will help coordinate these services and ensure you receive the care you need.
Are you a Participating Physician for Medicare?
Yes, Lewis Medical NY is a participating provider for Medicare and accepts Medicare patients
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. While your membership covers enhanced access and concierge services, insurance is still used for labs, imaging, medications, hospital care, and specialist visits. Our team helps you navigate every step so nothing feels complicated.
Can Dr. Lewis coordinate my care with specialists?
Absolutely. Dr. Lewis personally communicates with top specialists to brief them on your medical background and reason for referral. Our concierge team arranges the appointment details for you—your only task is to show up.
Can I reach Dr. Lewis after hours?
Yes. Members have direct access to Dr. Lewis and our concierge team 24/7 for urgent concerns, whether through a phone call, text, or secure message.
Do you offer house calls or virtual visits?
Yes. House calls are available upon request, and virtual visits are offered for your convenience when you prefer care from home or while traveling.
